This site has been constructed for people who have either bought or are thinking of buying appartments in Ocean Heights at Dubai Marina. The aim is to keep up to date with the construction of the building and to swop ideas and experiences with each other.
Does anyone have an idea about how the sales are going on Ocean Heights? I was told about three months ago that it was only just over 50% sold by one of Damac's sales people.

It appears that the piling work has at last started on Ocean Heights as activity has been seen on the site.
