Construction Start
Any news or views on the construction of Ocean Heights would be greatly appreciated. It is now four months since we got our letter from Damac delaying completion until the end of 2009, and not a lot of work on site has been seen since.

I totally agree, therefore could everyone who has bought into this project and is wanting answers on why it is taking so long to get started, please leave contact details on this blog, or at least send a private message to me so that I can keep you informed, this should add clout to any correspondence we have with Damac.

They havnt closed it just started Ocean Heights Part 2.
Dont know why but it did get to 500 posts so maybe they like to keep them under this.

I too purchased one apartment on 15 th floor of ocean heights and paid up 30% in January 2005. Agree with your views. I had the opportunity to meet the Chairman in person on a different business for about two hours along with his number two man and they seemed very bullish of all their developments with out being commital. I was told my investment in Lakeview could be sold for approx 1000 AED per sqft.

Yes SCC has been down now for a couple of days. Hopefully they will get it back up soon.

I am talking with Damac at the moment so hopefully will have some news soon, I am told they will be writting to all OH investors very shortly so lets hope its good news.
