Construction Start

Any news or views on the construction of Ocean Heights would be greatly appreciated. It is now four months since we got our letter from Damac delaying completion until the end of 2009, and not a lot of work on site has been seen since.

As a matter of interest and on the basis that several voices are worth more than one, I thought it would be a good idea to ask who has bought into Ocean Heights, you dont have to leave any details apart from the size of apartment and floor, but if you want to be updated on the latest news either leave some contact details or keep looking back to this blog.

Appartment Sales

Does anyone have an idea about how the sales are going on Ocean Heights? I was told about three months ago that it was only just over 50% sold by one of Damac's sales people.
